Favorite Beat Konducta Record?

Definitely Volumes 3-4: Live in India

Killer Reworkings of ill Indian beats in that dope style that only Madlib has

Why do I love this fall season?

Easy.

The Cowboys will continue to prove their superiority.

USC will degenerate into little sissy boys while I sip my orange soda.

Saturdays will be the good days.

Not to hop on the banwagon, but I have to go with Lyndon.....

Beat Konducta 3-4 really showed us what Madlib CAN do....I mean, if you are a beat maker, like myself, you can really apreciate the time and effort The Bad Kid put in most of those tunes....Making beats like that isn't all cake and ice cream...plus, the midget dancing to some Madlib beats is far from being CLASSIC....ish was EPIC!!!!

This fall, I'll have to give it to love.....I'm really looking forward to seeing my girl come down from Germany.....Funny thing is that (although we like them both) she's more of a Dilla fan while I'm more of a Madlib listener....Can't wait to make a Dilla/Mad collab with her OUR WAY ;)

Looks like 3-4 wins again, that album was so fresh when it hit. The vol-5 sampler you posted earlier was pretty nice though, I wonder how it will fare... haven't had a chance with it yet.

As for fall, right now i'm really into the fresh breeze coming off the water giving me a nice start to the work day. Also, can't wait for Obama to take office.

Favorite Record...volumes 1+2, I feel like some of the beats really stand alone as being classic and innovative. It's like a collage/mix tape that you wish you made for yourself. Pyramids is up there as one of my favorite hip-hop beats, MCed or not.
I love the upcoming Fall season because it's an election year, a time for good things to happen...plus I live in New Hampshire and my brother lives in Vermont so life is beautiful in sweaters.

Favorite BK Record?

BK 3-4 edges out the first set by just a little bit. It's close and I'll probably change my mind tomorrow but for now I'll stick with 3-4.

Things I like about the fall:
-The weather: not hot, not cold. Perfect hoodie weather.

-Sweet Potato Pie/Pumpkin Pie:

-My birthday

Movie Scenes is definitely my favorite. The Comback, Third Ear, and Whatkanido are the audible embodiment of an orgasm. Why is this fall gonna be great? Bad Brains is playing in DC on Election Night. plus the White Sox are in the playoffs (Cubs, prepare to get ownd).

favorite beat konducta album:

def. volume 1. every time i hear the beginning of "the payback (gotta)," i get SO stoked. that beat's def. my favorite; it's funky, ominous, peaceful, smooth, and intoxicating all at once. plus there are so many other nice treats like the epicly soulful "the comeup (come down)," the super-slick "two-timer (the pimp)," and the overwhelmingly-layered "spanish bells (high dreams)". def. looking forward to vol's 5&6.

fall's my favorite season cuz it smells the freshest: dead leaves, apples/pumpkins, cider, autumn beers, backyard fires...mm. fresh all around.

thanks,
