Here is a little flavor of my roots music I guess...sort of. Lindstrom was born and raised on the outskirts of the Norwegian oil town Stavanger, he now lives in Oslo where he is making contemporary disco and running his Feedelity label. Some have compared Hans-Peter Lindstrosm to Henrik Ibsen and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as being Norway's poster boy of choice.

This particular Lindstrom reworking is one of note. This is a Brennan Green remix of the 2006 release Feedelity Remixed Vol. 1 12". The title of the remix alone is enough to make you want to check it out. Get the full Pitchfork media summary of the track here.

Mp3: Lindstrom - "Pesto og Kolera" (Brennan Green Saucey Version)
Mp3: Franz Ferdinand - "I'm Your Villian" (Lindstrom Remix)
Mp3: LCD Soundsystem - "Tribulations" (Lindstrom Remix)**

Buy: Go out and grab the 12" over here and get the Franz Ferdinand's Remixes (Justice, Lindstrom & Erol Alkan) EP here.

Hey K, good tunes again but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is no poster boy of music, man. He's a poster boy of soccer [unfortunate], known as the "Baby Faced Assassin" for scoring many huge goals for Manchester fucking United.

Just pointing it out, no harm, no foul. I do like Lindstrom though.

Yo K ... sorry, this comment has nothing to do with your post, but I thought you should know that the new Masta Killa album, "Made in Brooklyn," is freakin' dope! Pick it up, man.

Haha! Thanks James I actually knew that I forgot that I said poster boy of music its from a quote about him being the poster boy of Norway. Little mess up on my part. I will clean that up there! Thanks for the heads up.
