Does anyone actually care/watch the White Winter Olympics? I guess this thing about Michelle Kwan dropping out is big news. Yawn. Anything that has a "kiss and cry area" is not a sport.

For me the Winter Olympics are just more of a distraction from important time that should be spent researching College Basketball in prepartion for the construction of your March Madness brackets.

Want a Winter Olympics prediction?

Shaun White wins everything snowboarding and then decides he wants to dominate figure skating as well and does.

What kind of a nickname is "The Flying Tomato"? That's pretty lame.

It'd be like if I was a really good athlete, calling me "The Colbmeister." Stupid.

I actually watch some of the Olympics. Being in Seattle we get CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Channel). It is really interesting to see coverage of the off the beat events. Cross-country skiing, speed skating where they show several races not just the winning race and the Americans. Skeleton is always fun.

Yes Flying Tomato is ridiculously stupid. Good point Nico, but I still think there are more white people at the Winter Olympics then a GOP convention (might be close though).

i like your shaun white figure skater prediction - that would make a good SNL sketch. speaking of which, i would not be surprised if shaun's agent is getting him booked on SNL right at this very moment....
