Who watched the slam dunk contest? Well if you did you saw a robbery in progress. Sure Nate Robinson is a cute little guy standing a generous 5'9. He has serious ups but his dunks were not even close to as creative as Andre's. Sure, everyone was misty eyed when Nate brought out a past vertically challenged high flyer but jumping over somebody? Been done.

Off the back of the backboard bringing it around to the other side for the flush? Never been done and never been tried. It was true creativity. Even his dunk off of the bounce around the back was something of awe. Look I should be rooting for the former Washington Husky but Dre had some ridiculous dunks that were over looked because of his height. Hell he is a Kamaniac member I can't root against him.

Maybe Dre should have held the big guns until the end but his 2 dunks at 6'6 where better then any of Nate's at 5'9. I am just waiting for Isiah Thomas to some how screw up this Knicks' win. Not sure how he is going to do it but he will find a way.

Is it me or is Dwayne Wade the best player in the NBA?

What you got against us little guys (I'm 5'4) huh big guy? I say you and your crew versus Me, Rudy, and Nate Robinson in some 3-on-3.

Jk, bud. Andre was robbed. But hey, at least the little man had his day with Spudd Webb there and all.

Dwade is the best player in the NBA. He's who the NBA should be marketing the league around.

Isiah Thomas horribe? True.
Dre robbed? True.
DWade the best player in the NBA? Somehow true.

The most accurate NBA post ever.

K -

Didn't see the Slam Dunk Contest, but I have to agree with the judges. Just like I did for Ice Dancing in 2002.

I missed the contest, so I had to seek out the dunk: replay video of Andre Iguodala from Iverson off glass behind the backboard

Although both of Dre's jams were sweet (and hitt the back of the glass was hella creative) you gotta give it to the little guy. I'm only 5'7" so I gotta give it to Nate Dogg.
