The Bush Administration racked up a a record trade deficit in 2005 to the tune of $725.8 billion total a 17.5% increase over '04. How are we going to curb this crazy spending of the Bush Administration? I got an idea lets sell our precious US Forest service lands to the highest bidder. The Administration is proposing to sell of 300,000 acres of forestland in California seeking a revenue boost of $1 billion dollars.

This is probably the most amazing idea I have ever come across! Unsustainable spending, borrowing, trading, dumping trillions into an unnecessary war and then to pay for stuff we can't afford (schools and roads) we cut up our most precious resource.

This guy is seriously off his rocker and I swear he is hell bent on pissing everyone off in the country. Happened to me along time ago...should be happening to more soon. Shouldn't education be a priority? We have enough money to spend on bizillion dollar bombs but not enough for schools the basic building block of every child.

Trade.
Borrow.
Spend.
Destroy.
Repeat.

I think Bush got that method off the back of a shampoo bottle.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

Why did people vote for him and why do people support him? It's because of the people around him more than anything else. If there's something that he's really good at doing, it's getting the right people to make the tough decisions and then put the proper spin so that people don't go apeshit.

Example #1: Karl Rove
Example #2: Scott McClellan

People voted for Bush because their personal security is the most important concern and the demos are seen as limp wrested on the issue. They have been since 1972. And it's why the Republicans will continue to win even though they are wrong on every issue known to humankind.
