To update on a past AG article concerning head coaching hires, ESPN has put together a slew of resources to illustrate just how badly the NFL messed this one up. With the Bills latest hiring only the Raiders remain without a headcoach. There were 9 NFL head coaching vacancies this offseason, 8 have been filled with 7 first-time coaches and one so-called "retread." Of the eight hires, none was a minority. We shall see what Oakland does, but even 1/9 if it were to happen is pretty sorry given that 65% of the league is black.

pretty sad. and it seemed like having teams like chicago and the colts dominate (except in the playoffs) with black coaches things were really chaning. give me a break NFL...what the hell are you doing.
