Two grown men getting testy (video link). Senator Kennedy proposes issuing a subpoena to obtain records from the organization CAP (Concerned Alumni of Princeton) regarding Supreme Alito's membership.
Alito for some reason has the inability to recall details about his membership which he listed on a Reagan administration job application in the 1980's in the conservative organization that was opposed the admission of women and minorities at Princeton University.
