The beat on "Montego Slay" is the ultimate feel good!

sometimes it ain't time
sometimes it can't be
this time we kick back and
let the conscience be free
the music's playing loud
and we never gotta leave...

there are a bunch of other really good tracks too though

YEHAW PARTY STYLES from Question in the Form of an Answer

That guitar is sOOOOO nice!

Every time I play this track in a DJ set, I look out and see smiles for miles...

This track is quintessential OM records sunny afternoon blunt smoking music.

(acid raindrops from OST) is a CLOSE second with the Mr. Rogers sample with a little moog sound from the great Johnny Costa at the beginning!)

I love the track acid raindrops- that's the shit because when I listen to it, it truly describes how I feel at that moment. The chorus explains the true essence of these moments, and thus leading to me listening to PUTS. Just the stress of the day and living within the system and society every day makes me freak, so "when the stress burns my brain like acid raindrops, mary jane is the only thing that makes the pain stop. I let the music take over my soul, body, and mind to kick back relax one time and you goin find..."

I gotta say, my fave PUTS track maybe isn't even a legitimate track at all: It's the "Intro" on O.S.T. When I think of intros, I think of one-minute jobs that I typically skip right over. But this ... this one really sets the tone for the album, with the sampled dialogue: "Are you on a trip or something?" "Yes." "What kind of a trip?" "Music." ... Then you get dope layers of instruments -- the cymbals/bells, kinda spooky guitar line and bass -- before the drums kick in -- and if you listen on a system with decent bass, there's a kick-drum drop in there that will shake your gut.

And love it when Thes calls out all those cheapskates: "I work too damn hard for you to fucking download it."

It's my strong belief that this track deserves a proper name other than "Intro." That is all.

I would probably have to say my favorite PUTS track would be "The Dig" off O.S.T. Why? because if you listen to it: the sample, the drums, the flow, every little detail is added & mastered on this track. Plus that commercial elevator music, "I would never think of that" kinda sample they use is just the pure genius and uptempo ish that PUTS puts out. To me it's like a soundtrack to when I'm on the bus, or walking down a city street. Size: Large. Email: all_four_elements@yahoo.com, Peace!

The Breakdown is my favorite PUTS track because it takes me back to warm summer nights when I was young drinking 211 40's and getting faded on the bridge. The beats and the flow of this song never gets old and you just float through the song. Everytime I hear it whatever I'm stressing out about goes away and I focus on whats really important, and not all the bullshit. This song just has a good vibe to it, like everything will turn out ok and I feel like I’m content with my surroundings and that I can relax and kick back.
