This song is way hot. Thanks for sharing.
The song is full of energy, but I wouldn't say it is full of life. Also, Common's delivery isn't the best. I mean, yeah, he's on beat. Word up. But, I feel the song lacks soul. I don't hate it. It just reminds me too much of this technologically driven empire.
Plus, what is Pharrell doing on this song at all? I mean, anyone could have done that. His face isn't in the video. His voice is barely noticeable in the song. Like "Yeah, cool. We got Pharrell to do this, so I know you like it."
It's like getting Kanye on that joint by Dilated.
Pharrell gets more notoriety with underground heads. Common gets noticed by the mainstream.
I think what I'm saying is...
This video/song seems gimmicky.
