Not sure the circumstances of what brought a bassist/tunesmith from the fatherland (Norway) and guitarist/software enthusiast from Oklahoma together but the result is a electronic minimalist bliss. The New York Times' say "they're tidy and sweet, calling attention to their design, but they don’t want to be understood too easily."
The result of Opsvik and Jennings latest album Commuter Anthems sounds like the perfect soundtrack. If you are a fan of minimalist music and this is certainly that with elements of folk, jazz and electronic I recommend you check this one out.
