Cheney's war on lawyers continues.

Well the old dude that Cheney capped on Saturday has suffered from a "mild heart attack" due to buckshot migrating near his heart. You know Cheney and the whole Administration for that matter are crapping their pants. If this guy dies because of this it is going to turn into a major sh*t storm.

The 78 year old lawyer which Cheney mistook for a small game bird has been moved back into intensive care after undergoing a procedure at about 10 a.m. EST that showed a BB-size pellet entered his heart. Whittington suffered birdshot wounds to his face, neck, chest and rib cage after being sprayed by the Vice President's shotgun fire from 30 yards away. Dick Cheney has yet to make a public apology and instead opted for an attempted cover up.

It also should be mentioned the Dick was hunting quail illegally, that is he did not have a license. Whittington was the first man since Alexander Hamilton in 1804 to be shot by a sitting VP. Jon Stewart last night on the Daily Show stated, "Hamilton, of course, shot in a duel with Aaron Burr over issues of honor, integrity and political maneuvering. Whittington? Mistaken for a bird."

All of this of course quickly becomes unfunny if Whittington dies. Ohh and of course in true administration style they don't blame Cheney they blamed Whittington.
